We serve award-winning food crafted from the finest local produce. Renowned for our outstanding Sunday roasts, we’re proud to be at the heart of the local community.

Upstairs you’ll find cosy rooms, and outside, one of only a few pub gardens in Totnes open for drinks and dining all year round.

As a Totnes country pub in the heart of the Dartington community, we care deeply about looking after both our locals and those visiting the area, creating something that feels special whilst giving the cosy, home-from-home feel we’re known for.

We’re passionate about supporting local food producers, they supply us with the highest quality ingredients farmed and grown in the South West. We carefully source naturally reared Devon meats, local line-caught fish, and seasonal fruit and vegetables grown in Totnes and surrounding areas, much of it organic.

We take great pride in serving delicious, honestly prepared food, using the very best ingredients.
